– Sells for 9x estimated profits, giving it above-average long term potential

A lot of activity taking place with the acquisition of Broadcom (BRCM) by Avago (AVGO) and Intel (INTC) looking to the possible acquisition of Altera(ALTR).

Wall Street rumor is predicting continued consolidation in the semiconductor space to come fast and furious.

Texas Instrument (TI) and other major chipmakers tagged as possible players to either acquire or be acquired.
